Leneaire (promotional products) has over 1,000 products to choose from. Their candle selection is particularly extensive.
It’s a wonderful way to promote your business since almost everyone loves candles and they’re found everywhere. Imprinting your logo onto a candle increases exposure for your company while providing pleasure at the same time.
Leneaire offer tealights, votives, tins and [...]

Recycling Old Candles
January 28, 2008 | 1 Comment
Since I have been on a candle making kick for quite some time I have built up an enormous supply of wax bits all over the house.
Some of the larger candles simply fizzled out because I didn’t use the proper wick or should have used two. I should have researched the wick thing more thoroughly [...]

Romanza means romance in Italian. Owners John Sterlin and Vince Harris are both drawn to things that are Italian although they do offer romantic products from other countries. Romanza’s products have also been featured in the Wall Street Journal.

Fruit and Veggy Candles at Artful Ways
January 23, 2008 | 2 Comments
While browsing for art today, I came across Steven Cuthbert’s Artful Ways. In the functional art section, all the products featured happen to be candles.
Selections include strawberries drizzled in chocolate, peppers, pinecones and frogs. Some of the more unusual featured candles were squash blossoms and perismmon, apparently one of their most popular.
I prefer the peppers [...]

Heart Shaped Candles
January 20, 2008 | Leave a Comment
There are all kinds of things you could use for creating a heart shaped candle such as candy and/or soap molds but these steel ones look sturdy that I found at OneStopCandle.com.
One Stop Candle has seven different molds to choose from and they look like they would stand the test of time.
Another option is to [...]

Valentine Candle in a Mug
January 18, 2008 | 2 Comments
We previously made some personalized mugs for Christmas presents and I was thinking they would also make wonderful valentine candle gifts. Creating a candle in a mug is the same as using any other container.
Shown here is one my daughter created for her Grandma. I’m sure she won’t mind designing a couple more and I [...]

Girly Barbie Candles
January 16, 2008 | 4 Comments
At Candle Wonder I found this cute musical barbie candle. There are lots of people mad over barbies. I remember playing with them myself but some grow up and still collect them. There are some real retro ones out there now since they have been around so long.
If you’re not into barbies, Candle Wonder offers [...]

Candles for Meditation and Affirmations
January 14, 2008 | 2 Comments
I’m into meditating and today I came across these fabulous affirmation Candles by Monteserrat.
I would choose the red. It says, “I am strong, full of power and courage.” I have actually been rather sick and weak lately but could use the boost.
Affirmations might not cure a cold but combined with meditation they do improve your [...]

Joanne submitted this simple mosaic candle holder craft to MyCraftBook.com.
All you need to duplicate it is a baby food jar, Chinese glass beads and dark grout. For full instructions see Mosaic Candle Holder project page. I have always wanted to try this and we usually have plenty of baby food jars kicking around!

Asian Handmade Candles
January 9, 2008 | 3 Comments
The candles at Oriental Wicks are beautiful and unique. I’m not sure what this one is called but I love the intricate detail.
Apparently your order has to be $100 minimum, but that won’t be too hard considering many of them cost more than that for one. They do say they’re handmade by skilled artists in [...]
