MyCandleOpera.com has a good article on candle decorating tips on Valentine’s Day. I love all their fun suggestions including scattering rose petals and chocolate kisses. Favorite music and a bubble bath is a nice touch, besides the candles of course. Although a bath for two sounds romantic, I have tried it and it is darned cramped.
 If you don’t have a fireplace they also share a great trick with candles to imitate one. Shown here is an elegant glass tealight holder but MyCandleOpera.com has a whole Valentine candle section with more.
 We made reservations at a restaurant because we don’t get out enough as it is and I suspect the kids might cramp our style here.
