According to Wilma of By Wilma, she “loves candles and candle holders.” She’s also got taste, which comes through in this lace-covered candle holder project. All you need to make this is some Mod Podge, a cheap votive holder, and a bit of lace. Easy Peasy. Click for the tutorial.
