Happy Mother’s Day!

candle lanternI hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day and spent some quality time with your family. Guess what I got? Candles and burners and holders and lanterns. Yay!

I did get a couple coffee cups and some tomato and pepper plants as well. My cat ate half the pepper plants but they’re now safely covered outside.

As for the lantern it wasn’t really a present since I intercepted it because my sister was getting rid of it. Isn’t it pretty though?

crochet candle holdersI have also been having fun on Etsy and bought these adorable crocheted candle holders from a shop called Periay. I have never seen anything like it before. She also creates beautiful shawls and scarves.

I made some progress on my little Etsy Shop and have two types of soy candles listed now. The shop is simply called Sandra’s Candles and I know I’m going to have a lot of fun with it.
