Holiday Gel Candles

christmas gel candleIt took me awhile but I found some festive Christmas gel candles at DMB Expressions. There are several candles to choose from but this one includes sand, santa, a tree and present. Something like this would be fun to create.

They use pieces of gel to create the look of snow. A creative candle project that would make a nice present would be placing a miniature nativity scene inside the gel.

If you would like to make your own holiday gel candle Gel Tyme has a large selection of wax embeds for candle making. They have gingerbread men, gumdrops, trees, snowflakes and more.

    Those are great, as soon as Christmas is over I’m going to start dabbling in candles. I’ve made a few gel ones in the past but never got serious about it. I’m hoping by next year I can make them look as great as yours to give for presents.

    I love the cup idea it really makes it look even better than just using a candle holder.
