Rhonda came up with this fun valentine hurricane candle craft using supplies from the dollar store.

I was surprised with how lovely the cut out heart looked using a simple shelf liner! The glitter glue around the edges also helped make the heart pop and sparkle.

Supplies you’ll need include: Glitter glue, ribbon, candle, shelf liner, Mod Podge, pedestal and tissue paper.
