A couple years ago, a cousin of mine got married in February in Minnesota, USA. The whole thing was gorgeous, particularly the reception. Some of her centerpieces involved candles floating in ice water, and they were so beautiful to look at. The water and the ice diffused the light in really interesting ways. The votive holders pictured are made of ice and are an interesting take on the same fire and ice concept. Visit Intimate Weddings to see their easy tutorial on making your own.
